Michael Kane

Mr. Kane is a 30-year real estate expert dedicated to fulfilling the specific requirements of complicated assignments involving the acquisition, disposition, asset management, brokerage, capital raising, valuation, due diligence, and feasibility of multiple asset types across the real estate spectrum.

Mr. Kane has over $7 Billion of transaction experience involving institutional quality real estate located in every major market throughout the Western United States. His tenure in senior leadership positions with some of the largest industry participants including; Lee & Associates, SSGA, Cushman & Wakefield, NGKF, CBRE Global Investors, CBRE, Insignia, KPR and Landauer Associates has afforded Mr. Kane to build a vast network of relationships in every aspect of the industry.

Mr. Kane is known for his passionate pursuit of excellence, technical acumen, deep knowledge,  unyielding integrity and consummate professionalism by his many clients, friends and co-workers. Mr. Kane is a man of faith that enjoys serving at his church and in his community, spending time with his wife and two teenage sons, and living a healthy and active lifestyle while surfing, golfing, cycling, snowboarding, wake boarding and playing outdoor volleyball to name a few.
